Hey please don't use this for anything (Like someone actually would) X,,D

Yaay finally up to the first piece for January haha. X,33 That aside though this piece is something Iv'e been meaning to do for quite awhile. iv'e always alluded to the fact that Spitfire and Riptide are a couple but I have never really done anything with that minus a few comms here and there, I have draw a few pieces but I ended up scraping them in the end because they where rather terrible, or in the off chance I did submit them they got deleted, I think the only pieces that survive of said concept are two, but I think they are on my old account so ya.... Anyways I feel a lot more confident with piece, I think the pose works pretty well as with the overall look of the two and for the most part I am rather happy with how the shading and water turned out. Though that being said I am still struggling with trying to draw the dorsal and tail fins and this view since you would be looking at them a bit more head on, idk ho to describe it really but yea it's something that I just cant seem to fix sadly.
And now this part
- Aforementioned fin thing
- The wine glass feels a bit oversized to me idk
Total flaws=2 and I think that might be it. Feedback is greatly appreciated and I'll see you guys later
Art and character belong to me :iconsynthwave-shark5
Man lots of events happening first the apartment and I might be having my first cousin (idk what would you call the child of your friend, nephew cousin, niece?? Idk I guess i'm looking at it as if I was the aunt or uncle) which is certainly something to take in. X,D Certainly a lot going on, oh boy. X,D

It's just darn lovely to see them snuggling like that! The background are just sooo soothing as well, just really have that romantic feeling... But ya, really a soft view and also I see you worked a lot for the details like the hair and the water surface so kudos for that! :D
Mmm...if you mean that you are hoping for the dorsal fins and the tail overall to look kinda foreshortened, maybe you can enlarge the scale of the tail size when appear closer to the viewpoint. Since this is quite a close up depiction, maybe exaggerating the size more can work. Or you can use a bolster pillow as a tail reference if you have one, and shape it according to the pose as a reference. Hope that helps! ;P

Oh yay I’m really glad you think so! ^^ Really glad you like the background it was rather fun doing the textures for the sand and water haha. Really happy to hear the other textures turned out well! :3
Yea, at the moment my main issue is the fins X,3. But yea maybe if I was to enlarge to top bit of it that could work. ^^ Hehe maybe break out the fursuit for some photo refs, x,D. But ya thank you for the suggestions!
