A Dishonored OC- little known fact, I LOVE the setting of Dishonored. I place Caelin in the timespan of the first game.

Spoiler, he dies of the Plague.
He works as a courier- supplies and information, to whomever pays. He was taken by the Church of the Everyman in his youth, found to have an exceptional affinity for hounds. However, he had little taste for the strict order of it all, and escaped with the aid of his wolf-hound and the others in the kennel. He worked them into a frenzy, and then loosed all of them into the halls of the church, the barracks.

His pup died later on of the wounds sustained in the chaos. He cleaned the skull carefully, and made it into a mask.

Caelin is a highly superstitious individual, wary of the supernatural, even if he can see that it has a purpose, a natural way to it.

His scarf has embroidered letters hidden in it, and was given to him by somebody he loved, and lost in the early days of the plague.
