That's the bikini Darrel got her in the Birthday picture. Can you tell it's the "R"?
I've wanted to make this since the middle of spring, but had to wait for it to be summer. I redrew this several times, the only change, was Flare was sitting on a blanket, now she is standing failing to stop Izzy, and there was some one working out with Kirmila.
Estimated work time: 30 hours. (mostly colouring)

Pokemon are Nintendo, Gamefreak.
