This is a theoretical counter to a rear bear hug that is safer then the most standard Tea Kwon Do.

3.) Do a high donkey kick with your left foot, trying to strike the attacker's groin with the back of your heel. This attack won't be that strong, but it will position your foot to follow the attacker's thigh to his knee.
4.) Slide your foot to the attacker's left knee and deliver a side kick to it. This should buckle his center of support, preventing him from pulling or push much.
5.) Recover: this is very important as your attacker will pull you down after you kick his knee. You want your left foot to land nearly back into that modified horse stance you took in step 2.
