Surge and Lyra are forced to work together to pass a double-battle combat exam at their middle academy in order to qualify for future admission into the PCA.

Needless to say, neither of them is comfortable about having to work with the otherand thinks the other might screw it up. But they both have the exact same non-verbal idea as they share a look and they hold hands to share their electrical power in a double-barrel Thundershock.

And in the background, Thor claps and cheers them on. Their mother couldn't get out of work to attend, but Thor definately had the perfect excuse to skip class and be there for them as a big brother.
