I just got to look at this today, and I see you have some skills at drawing, because those eyes are very awesome. :)
I'd say the only thing to look out for is even though you use a circle for the BASE for the face, you can't leave it as a circle in the end... try to make it less of a circle by using the fluff on the side to change the circle into a less-circle shape... or give him more fluffy of hair to help hide that his head is a circle.
I'm not quite sure how to explain it, and it's just a suggestion. I think it looks good as is. :)

Improvement doesn't happen in a day. Just make the effort to draw something every day, and you will improve. You may not see it immediately, but if you compare what you can draw a month from now and how you can draw today? You'll see improvement.
You gotta understand nobody got good in one day. It took me something like 10 years to get where I am, and I'm not even terribly good compared to other artists. But the important thing is I kept going, kept drawing, and steadily got better as I went. :)
