Didn't have much context in mind, really.

I didn't think ya did; most art pieces just kinda exist for their own sake
But the emotion in this cetacean fellow's face certainly had me wondering

quality to it.
And I can just as easily picture some mad scientist type, perhaps in a big dark jacket wielding (of course) some kind of TF raygun, walking up to this dehydrating individual and saying something like
"A monster, am I~? Says the shriveled up hybrid freak... and don't you worry, my dear cetacean friend; I already have~"
*Cue finishing guy's tf so he basically dries up and dies, bad guy laughing like a maniac all the while*
