Continuing from the previous picture, so will spare you a full copy/paste repeat of the lead in~
Enjoy this silly little second addition~

Located next to the Earthquake Gym is “Natalie’s Nursery & Nannies”, a long running business (having been open for almost 35 years), it is a constant fixture of upscale Viridian City. Run by several miltank sisters (whose mother started the business) and their families Natalie’s is both a daycare center specializing in younger children (ages 3 months to 4 years) and a nanny hiring service that can locate temporary or longtime childcare options and has a network of nannies all throughout Viridian on call. As for WHY exactly they’re invited to Earthquake Gym’s New Years Eve party…
That lies in the Baby New Year they brought along to the festivities~ Penelope Winnifred Denson (call her that at your own peril), or RB as she prefers to be called (Red-Blue, reference her hair and shiny coloration), is a bit of the black sheep of the family… or blue cow as they like to tease~ Neither placid not content the little diapered dwarf calf (turns out being shiny brought out several recessive genes that did bad things to her physical development) can’t STAND the nursery or the fact her entire family expects her to happily go along with the family business whether she wants to or not… and one of her earlier bouts of defiance led her to hiding in the Earthquake Gym… where she ended up becoming fast “Friends” (“Friends who constantly beat each other up” might be closer) with Casey…
So in a show of support for their daughters playmate and friendship her family forces her (yes, no “You get to stay up late” bribery here~ Just “Do it or you’re helping your big sister with babysitting duty” threats~) to go to things like these New Years Eve party all dolled up as Baby New Year~ Of course… her mother is keeping a constant watch on RB just to be safe~ Left she try and throw that hat at the next person who tries to coo her… again~
