Xiulen is a Florges possessing strong Hatterene genes.

Xiulen was born to House Lin, a family of extremely influential nobles who are renowned for their beauty. Although being raised in high society, her fate was truly never her own due to the fact that her parents arranged for her to be wed to the prince of a powerful kingdom overseas when she was little, said fate never changing no matter how much she resisted and defied her parents. Upon reaching maturity, she was set off on an escorted ship so that the marriage may be made final. The ships were however attacked by pirates, ultimately ending with Xiulen's capture.

Although originally intending to use Xiulen for ransom, said plan was thrown aside after the pirate captain - a Conkeldurr - took a liking to Xiulen due to her rather headstrong and defiant attitude. He decided to take her under his wing and teach her in both the ways of piracy but also how to fight like him. Despite having a somewhat frail form, Xiulen refused to back down and honed her body till she was strong enough to wield the giant, heavy weapons that the captain fought with. Eventually Xiulen challenged the Conkeldurr to a duel, which her ultimately defeating her mentor and becoming the new captain. Under her leadership she grew their small numbers to a massive fleet, eventually gaining the title of 'Pirate Queen'.

Ultimately her fleet threatened the surrounding kingdoms and thus caused them to combine their forces in order to take her down, her capture resulting due to a fight between her and an extremely skilled knight - named Nicholaa de Lorient - which ended with Xiulen's eventual defeat after a lengthy battle. Nicholaa brought Xiulen back to her kingdom as prisoner, and due to Xiulen's impressive skills and prowess, decided to pardon the 'Pirate Queen' of most of her crimes at the cost of her working for said kingdom. Although no longer allowed to work at sea due to the possibility of her fleeing, Xiulen managed to convince the leaders of the Kingdom to 'let her explore' the land, in which said leaders agreed at the cost of having the knight that defeated her - Nicholaa - keep a close eye on her.

Although being a hybrid of Florges and Hatterene, Xiulen prefers to use raw strength during combat. While already being able to wield her extremely large and heavy sword effortlessly, she can enhance her attacks with Fairy energy to grant them additional power, making a single string possess enough force to snap a ship in two. Her experience in the seas have made Xiulen almost entirely forget the 'social etiquette' she learned as a child, instead she prefers to live life loudly and freely, doing things as she sees fits.

Note: The reason she even accepted Yingtai's adventuring group proposal is simply due to the fact that she wants to get on her 'guardian knight's' nerves - said individual being Nicholaa.
