Episode 17: Key of Terra!
The Encounter of the Mysterious Swordsman!
It’s the day the team splits up to hunt down the keys and Spyke was raring to go, Richard was getting his Tempest Sword ready, Tyson gave it to him a while back, and it’s tuned to his Water Element, Hope and Cross are getting everything they need for the trip ready, and Terrador was still trying to convince Susie it’s far too dangerous for her to come but she’s very adamant…but reluctantly she agrees to stay behind.
“So where are we off to this time?” Spyke asked.
“Well the map shows our Key is to the East…the region of Feyron. From what I know it’s famous for its legendary lake of Allamor, said to be the resting place of a great mystic warrior and a vicious beast that once warred for years.” Terrador said.
“Yeah right.” Spyke said which is replied by a swift smack upside the head by Cross.
“Spyke you should know better than that!” Cross griped. Just then a weird void appeared in front of them and a strange sword came flying out and stuck itself in the ground. The blade was silver and blue with strange etchings running down the blade and pulsed with a strange yet familiar feeling power.
An hour later Spyke and crew are on their way to Feyron with that strange sword as well.
“Where do you think it came from?” Hope asked.
“No clue, looks like it might’ve come from another dimension or something.” Richard said.
“Well, it’s mine for now. Who knows what we’ll find once we locate the Key, better to be safe than sorry.” Spyke said. Once they arrived they didn’t get much of a welcome…the small town was almost completely devoid of life save for the occasional dog chasing a cat.
“Whoa…what happened here?” chirped Cross in her raven form on Spyke’s horn. Suddenly a shot ricochets off the ground in front of Spyke’s paw! Out of nowhere a masked figure appeared in front of them with a sword a lot like Tyson’s!
“HEY, THE HECK WAS THAT FOR!?” the man didn’t answer instead he took a fighting stance!

Before Spyke could get ready the enemy was already on top of them, he kicked Spyke to the side and swung his sword at Cross who has yet to transform!
“Oh HELL NO, now I’m mad!” Spyke launches a triple fire stream at the attacker but he just slashed at them and snuffed them out before impact! The attacker aimed his sword at Spyke and fired a white hot fire bullet at him, it was moving too fast to dodge but when it hit Spyke he wasn’t hurt! Somehow the mysterious sword moved itself from Spyke’s back in front of Spyke and deflected the blast! Spyke pulled out his Katana, rushed forward grabbing the mysterious sword and lashing out at the attacker! The raw power of that sword was immense; even though the guy blocked it the impact was enough to dig his boots into the dirt, Spyke came in low with his Katana, the attacker jumped and stomped it down! Spyke used the mysterious sword to push him while pulling his Katana out, the attacker backflipped out of the way of Spyke’s following attack!
Cross and Hope, even Terrador, were astounded! They all knew this enemy was too powerful for them to beat, Terrador might be equal but the others aren’t in this guy’s league so how is Spyke giving this guy a run for his money?
Spyke goes in for another swipe but the attacker jumps up and the sword cuts right through the stone wall. Spyke looks around and finds him standing on top of a watertower, “HEY GET BACK HERE!”
He merely looked at them and said, “You’re not the one I’m looking for, the purple one is the one I’m after. He’ll pay….” The attacker dropped off and sped away on his motorcycle!
Cross flutters on over to Spyke and perches on his horn, “Who was that?”
“No idea but it felt like I was fighting against Tyson…” Suddenly someone was running towards them, Spyke got ready but all for nothing.
“Hey I heard the explosions and…!!! Hey guys!” It was Shade, Cynder’s new twin sister.
“What are you doing here?” Hope asked. Later that night Shade had explained what she was doing here at Feyron.
“I had heard that Red was planning something HUGE and something he needed was hidden somewhere near here very recently. I’ve been here for weeks but I still haven’t found anything yet.” Shade said.
“Huh, I’ll bet it’s in that famous lake here? Let’s go!” Spyke said.
“Not possible…” Shade said.
“Huh?”
“The lake is a National Landmark; even we can’t mess with it. So we’re just gonna have to look elsewhere.” Shade said. Spyke was a little ticked that no one seemed to be taking him seriously but he still went along with them.
A whole day goes by without a single clue; Spyke is pacing back and forth just trying to keep from saying ‘I told ya so’. Out of nowhere footsteps are heard up on the roof above Spyke’s hotel room, when he goes up there snarling he finds Shade staring up at the full moon.
“Hey, what’s up?”
“Huh? Oh, Spyke…nothing really.” She said.
“Sounds like you’re bummed about something?” he asked.

“…Yeah…Cynder has Tyson…right? Since I’m pretty much her other half, or so to speak, I just have no idea how I fit into this world…I was created to be a monster…a weapon…I took the lives of countless innocents…I helped unleash Malefor…after doing all that how is this world supposed to accept me…after all that I’ve done…”
“You just do what you’re doing now.” Spyke said.
“Huh?”
“I don’t really know all what happened, but what’s done is done y’know…if had happened didn’t happen at all then we all might be dead when that thing came out of our world’s core…I don’t know. The others think I can’t come up with a good plan or I just charge headfirst into things…but I know that you can’t let the past take over your life. You’re your own dragoness now right? You should be able to choose your own path away from the darkness.” Spyke said.
“Hmm…my own path?”
“Yeah, I’m sure you’ll find someone soon. Just cheer up already!”
“My whole existence has been plagued by darkness and evil long before I got my own body…but…your words…I feel as if some of the burden has been lifted…thank you Spyke. I’ll see about convincing the guards at the lake to let us investigate it in the morning.” Shade said with a smile. Just like she said, Shade went to talk to the guards and got them to agree but they had to wait one more day. During which, Shade explored around and found a young human guy wondering around…
“Hey, what are you doing here?” Shade yelled.
“Huh? Oh I’m sorry, I was just looking to see if anyone got left behind.”
“I’ve been here for a while and everybody has already been evacuated.” Shade said.
“Hey, aren’t you Cynder?”
“Huh, no I’m her twin sister Shade. Who are you?”
“Me? Oh, my name is Alix. It’s an honor to meet you Shade.” He said.
“Alix…that name sounds familiar somehow?” Shade giggles, “You have anywhere to go?”
“No, I’ve just been wondering for as long as I can remember.” He said.
“Why don’t you come with me? I got plenty of room in my hotel room for you.” Alix smiled and walked with Shade, taking her hand as they walked making her blush for the first time.
The sun was just now creeping over the horizon, Terrador was sitting cross-legged in the corner of his room, Alix was nuzzled close to Shade in her powerful arms, Hope was sleeping peacefully and Cross was perched on a branch of the fake mini tree in the room and Spyke was hanging off the side of the bed in a puddle of drool, suddenly a huge explosion rocks everything!
“WHOA, THE HECK WAS THAT!?” Spyke shouted.
“I have no idea! It sounded like it came from the…THE LAKE!!!” Shade screeched.
“I knew it! The key has to be there! Let’s go!!!” Spyke throws on his clothes, grabs his Katana and the Mysterious Sword and leaps out the window!
Soon after they arrive at the lake only to find a massive golem standing in it!
“Look! The key is in its fore head! I TOLD YA SO!!!”

Spyke grabs both swords and dives in only to be blown out of line by the mysterious swordsman from before!
“YOU!!!” Spyke said with a snarl.
“I knew you dragons were behind this monster!” he attacked as he and Spyke landed on the golems arm! Terrador and the others attacked the golems head trying to dislodge the key but they got swatted away each time. The golem spots Spyke and the swordsman on its arm and tries to smash them but the two of them stab its hand and blast it away. Spyke runs up the golems arm while the swordsman chases, spikes shoot up from the golems arm but the two of them slash through them. Now the two of them are fighting on its shoulder, Shade tries to fly in and help but the golem grabs her out of the air suddenly…
“UNHAND HER!!!!” Alix soars up into the air, wielding an energy blade but the golem smashed him aside.
“SHADE!!!” Spyke leapt into the air but was smacked back onto the golem by the swordsman. The golem lurched and tossed Shade into the lake with near deadly force, every time Spyke tried to go and save her this guy got in the way.
“GRRR YOU IDIOT GET *slash* OUT *clangclash* OF MY WAY!!!” Spyke slipped under his attack and slashed at his leg. As he took to the air he couldn’t see Shade anywhere…
“SHADE!!!!”
Shade was slowly sinking to the bottom of the lake, then she heard a faint voice. That voice slowly grew louder and louder.
“…de….sha….e….Shade….SHADE!!!!!” It was Spyke calling out to her!
“C’MON SHADE IS THAT ALL YOU GOT!!! WHAT ABOUT WHAT YOU TOLD ME LAST NIGHT, HOW SOME OF THE DARKNESS IN YOU WAS LIFTED!! ARE YOU GONNA LET THE DARKNESS PUSH YOU AROUND OR ARE YOU GONNA FIGHT ITTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Spyke…that’s right…your words did lighten my burden. And I think I may have found that someone like Tyson……You’re right, I won’t let it take over my life…I will FIGHT. THIS TIME FOR A BETTER FUTURE!!!!”
[Naruto Shippudden OST-Heaven Shaking Event]
Shade began to glow under the water just as she touched the floor just behind her is a statue of the Mystic Warrior said to rest here and it began to glow as well! At the surface the whole lake began to shine, suddenly the lake water exploded AS HUNDREDS OF SHADES SOAR OUT OF THE WATER!!!
All the Shades attack the golem but it blocks with its arm, the impact of all the Shades causes its arm to crack and blow it off balance. The swordsman lands on the shore of lake confused…
“If they were responsible for this monster then why are they attacking it? Perhaps I might be wrong about them…”
The real Shade zooms in and with one punch destroys the golems arm, “TWILIGHT FIRE!!” A blast of light and dark flames erupts from her mouth and engulfs the golems head. Suddenly Shade was glowing white and black, she’s become a Twilight Dragon! The golem launches its remaining arm like a rocket at her but it didn’t hit, SPYKE WAS HOLDING IT BACK WITH THE MYSTERIOUS SWORD!! Spyke’s scales were glowing different colors, in the heat of the battle he’s obtained his Element Master Mode!
Shade flew in as Spyke tossed the Mysterious Sword, she catches it and they both slice the golems arm to rubble. Shade flies down to the surface of the lake and holds the sword up suddenly ancient magics surged into the blade, Alix was staring in disbelief.
With a massive roar Shade hurled the sword at the golem, the instant the blade hit the energy exploded from it, destroying the golem and freeing the key.
As Spyke emerges from the lake with a goofy grin on his face and with the key, the Mysterious Sword disappeared after it hit and destroyed the golem presumably back to the dimension it came from, Alix is holding Shade’s exhausted head in his lap, “Madam Shade…thank you…”
“Now I remember…Alix was the name of the warrior who rested here…it’s you…” she said weakly.
“Yes, I am the warrior who was slumbering here. But now thanks to you I am free, free to explore this world…with you at my side if I may ask this of you.” He said.
“Yes…I’d love to…uhh…”
“Rest now, my love, you’ve earned it.” Without warning several dragon statues emerge from the lake and beams of light shoot from the gems embedded in their chests.
“Hey Shade, we gotta go! Tyson’s probably already waiting for us!!” But she was too weak to even wag her tail.
“You go; I shall remain here at Shade’s side until she recovers. I will keep her safe…I owe her my life…” Alix said.
“Alright, you better take care of her. C’mon, we gotta get back to the city! Time to stop Red once and for all!!”

well this character is basically the one who owns these 4 swords that fuse together to create the hilt of the most powerful (and almost godly) weapon (its a sword) that he makes for tyson by using his powers to make an exact copy of each of tyson's new weapons and fusing those copies and his sword together which creates like i said is the sword more powerful than any weapon that exists which is part of a prophecy that basically says the universe being destroyedthe heart incarnate called "the key", tyson would be "the soul" his dragon trigger form would be "the body" all that is needed is "the armor" which comes in 2 parts, dragon style hyabusa spartan armor and an amulet that is in the shape of the ying-yang symbol and the ying part was worn by spyro's father and given to tyson's father and the yang part was worn by malefore and given to cynder's mother, the guantlet is in a museum that wont give it up even if the universe depended on it so he has to steal it, the suit is in area 51, and tyson's father gives him the ying part that he has. i just thought of that and just make sure that the character is a dragon and his name is dimitrius.
Actually the last few episodes are all about the final battle against the main enemy Red and the True Final Boss, the creature that destroyed Cynder and the dragons homeworld. Season 2 will center on Spyro's unlimited potential to gain and master ALL kinds of powers.

hey, im going to need you to send me a note, and the note needs to have a list of all the weapons, with a detailed discription for each weapon, that tyson will have aquired by the end of this season, cause ive got an epic idea for a new weapon AND suit of armor for next season, and it's going to consist of bits and pieces of each weapon
well this suit of armor can pretty much deflect any attack, and the helmet shows a radar that shows anyone thats within a mile of him and each person thats a friendly shows up green, nonfriendlys show up red.
and the armor has built in energy sheilds and it shows the sheild levels at the bottom of the visor, its like a cross between iron man armor and halo wars spartan armor, but it changes its shape to fit the user perfectly, the helmet can come off, it inhances tyson's powers, it changes color, you control it with your thoughts, its flexible (obviuosly), it can turn invisble when you want it to, and you can make anyone or anything invisible when you want it to, it even has jets it the boots so he can fly.

ive read so many stories lately that ive thought up off combinations for each of his current abilities and also some of the new abilities i thought up are control of gravity, speed of atoms in multiple objects, control metal, surf lava on a specialy made hover board, read minds, and yeah, im still thinking up of some.
also a new sword is the sword of rage, which amplifies his power times 10 when he's angry. and its blade is blood red,
and there are 2 more swords that go with it to create the grand saber, and another new sword is the key saber, combine that with voidrus and he can open a portal to ANY dimension.

Hmm...that'd be bad cuz his Dark Trigger would activate and he's like Naruto in 9 tails mode, he'd go mad and attack everybody plus in season 2 the dragons who he got the season 1 Arms from will now be using them while Tyson gets new Arms from lost and forgotten Guardians.
