Actually a resident told me the owner started it up and drove it to the end of the island (where I took this photo). I was amazed that it even ran!

O.O XD I woulda taken a ride in it with him...shit I'm surprised it drove with wheels like that...where as, wether or not the wheels were like that while driving really is questionable

The writing on the car seems to glow... like it was photographed through a spectral filter that exposed the ghostly writing on an otherwise normal-looking abandoned car.
