Here's another Fakemon of mine: Rocro; a crossover between Pokemon and Resident Evil.

Dark/Psychic

Before Mewtwo project, there was Rocro. Secret organization tried to create super Pokemon that was all types. Many were created but most of them failed and was destroyed. When this was discovered all of the evidence and subjects were destroyed, except one. This one adapted to it's enviroment and survived. It's two massive shoulder eyes are blind, only the ones on forehead and tail can see.
