Painting done for
bastioner
Portraiting all the elements (fire, water, earth, air, aether and void) was rathering interesting to work with and giving them all their corresponding orbs, as well as balancing it with the various other effects, mainly the vulcano in the back and the powerup auro around the char.
Thank you again for commissioning me and I hope you enjoy the pic.

Well well, this will really interesting. Where do I start? First of, good job on the background, the texture of the brushes and the illumination you used on the lava and the rocks are spot on, it feels as if this wasn't digital at all.
I like the representation of elements, mainly because of the spark of creativity you put there. The aether orb does have it's mystical aura, something that is also shared with the void one (thought it was a black sun at first). The water one look good but it could have a little bit more of glow up, considering that water also reflects light around it.
And now, for the cherry on the cake: The character itself is wonderful. The pieces of armor flow almost unnoticed, they make for a nice transition to the defined muscles (you never fail in that aspect) the color and the aura is just spot on with all the surrounding chaos.
I give this a 10/10, it's a piece with extremely good execution

Thank you, I am happy to hear you like it.
In regards of water, yes it might have deserved some different treatment, yet water reflections are rather hard and I alsod didnt want to give it a softer appearance, since there were already air and aether with a such an appearance and I needed to kinda make them seperateable.
Also with black sun you're not that far off as the inspiration for the visualisation of that was a black hole. Since depicting void, which is literal nothingness is a bit paradox in a way, and that's what I turned to for guidance as an incarnatin of that nothingness.
