Seeing as Palvuga is a proverbial boogieman, his scenarios are literally nightmarish like in nature. He appears out of nowhere, his voice overpoweringly originating from everywhere at once, and creates these ridiculous, impossible encounters full of dream logic. Despite the extreme and overwhelming nature of these dream-like encounters, you always seem to "wake up" fine by morning. Whether or not these these incredibly bizarre events are actually dreams or if they're happening for real isn't clear, and Palvuga keeps dodging the question.
