This was my entry for the MYO Sushling contest, sadly my design didnt win. But only 10 got picked out of the 150+ entries, so i aint sad about it XD

Sushlings are a closed spiecies by Sauntshrimp, basicly theyre like little gekko creatures with food theme's. and for the MYO contest I decided to go with a Fortune cookie theme. I went for the fudog theme because one of my friends taught me alot about fudogs lore and I got so inspirate to use that for my theme.

here are some funfacts about dis lil guy:
-This design is based on the chineese version of the Fu lion/dog called Shishi, But there does exists a Japaneese version called Komainu which looks more dog/cow-like.

-Only the chineese Fu lions have collars, Komainu’s don’t.

-Fu lions are supposed to have 45 knots in theyre hair, but because the hood is not big enough for all I made some of the knots in the pattern on its body.

-The tail contains 8 fortune cookies, because 8 Is considered the luckiest number in chineese culture.

Luckily rejected designs from the contest are allowed to be redesigned, so Im planning on redesigning dis lil guy into a character someday!
