And here is my first prototype for the etched brass, not the best picture, but I just have to work on techniques of photographing items like this.
Some of the toner came off again, hence the 'messy' look of it, but at the same time I think it gives it a somewhat vintage look.

If this pans out, I might be able to offer etched brass con badges, also have an idea for Moleskine notebooks with etched breass plaques on them.

This piece is .015", which I think makes it 27 gauge. Also have some .032"(20 gauge) I'm gonna fiddle with, but I need a better laser printer to print the resist as the one I have prints lines down the center of the page, so I can only print a small image on the side of the page.
