Well indeed that’s hard to recognize Yoru without any special make-up or kimono. XD And you also can see that he is holding the same comb that he wears in the other pic.
I’ve found back this sketch while I was taking back the Yoru’s file from my old data. ^-^ Normally I like to put “real” colours on my drawings but there I’ve found that it wasn’t that bad to leave it all black, grey and white. ^^ It has a kind of manga appearance.

But you have very little chance to see him this way in the “current life”. The make-up and second personality he has are like a kind of mask that he uses to hide his true self to the others and he prefers to be considered as a girl. Only another one character has been able to see him like this because Yoru has a lot of trust and love this person. (Well there are the Kabuki actors that have seen his real appearance too but this isn’t the same as Yoru considers them as family members. ^^)
