Hmmmm... I used the SAI watercolour brush on a coarse sort of brush with a soft blending setting, and I did a lot of it by hand on the top after I had built up the layers, so maybe that's what you mean by comb? The shape of the brush is supposed to be used for painting like with real paints so I jsut used it like that for areas like her nose and chin, but you can see on her ears and eyebrows I did the strokes by hand in varying thicknesses and pressures.
