In my area, we are completely overrun buy these astonishingly beautiful Tokay Geckoes.
( https://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/tokay_gecko - have a read! )
They're aggressive as hell and can be quite stand-offish, but I think I've "made friends" with several ( and by "making friends", I mean I can handle them without getting a finger bitten off ). This one's name is Dodongo - or Drongo, for short, and he's pretty laid back~
Like I needed to say so, eh?
Might draw a gecko anthro based on him.

That is a beautiful gecko, he seems like a character all to himself. X3 An anthro based on him could only be awesome or better. The lizards here (in Puerto Rico) are not quite so colorful or... charismatic as your I-agree-not-eat-your-fingers friend there, so this is pretty cool to see.
Also, he's going "Hey, whassup?" or "Heeeey, how *you* doin'?"

Aww so cute. I use to have a Tokay Gecko a few years back. We named her Fido because she would "bark" at everyone. (the males are the ones with the distinct "Tokay" call) She would only let me hold her. She would chomp everyone else. Your so lucky to have a Tokay friend. And Dodongo is a perfect name haha
