The newest division of Specimen 209, this one taking the form of a creature from the popular pokemon franchise. A "shiny growlithe" by it's own description.

This incarnation of the specimen seems to be one of it's more benign forms, apart from it's natural ability to breathe smoke and fire. More studies will need to be done in order to see if it possesses similar monsterous qualities to the other 209 variations.
