This was a personal practice and gift scene including characters owned by a friend and me.

I don't usually draw highly-detailed scenes that frequently. In fact, the last time I did create one was about eight months ago. Regardless, despite my lack of artistic motivation these past months, I've had yet another spurt of unforeseen creativity.

This project was actually started around a month ago, where I initially drafted up, sketched, and lined the backdrop of the drawing. After that, classes and work had taken my time and attention away for a few weeks before I was able to really get back into it again. I suppose that, in search for inspiration, I found some through my friend's character since I really like them. From there, I was able to formulate a "what-if?" in my mind, which in this case was "what if Ghost was given a proper illustration showing off their ship, and some kind of interaction?" So I did exactly that.

Needless to say, it was awfully time-consuming and occassionally deterring, but I'm always pleased with myself whenever I can pull off these larger-scale projects.
