William Chanticleer Bluth, aka "Will", was hatched on Coruscant to Chanticleer and Goldie Bluth during the final stages of the War Against Disney. One of his earliest memories was of him, his mother, and his sister Donna being captured by General Grievous during what would be the final battle against the Disney Corporation's private military. After the war, Chanticleer took William and the family went back to Cartoonia to settle on the family farm about 20 minutes outside of Nashville. William looked up to his father Chanticleer, and loved being associated with such a big war hero and being the grandson of human animator Don Bluth. Chanticleer trained William, Donna, and Goldie in the ways of the Force, and he assisted his father in opening a Jedi Academy on the farm in 1968. It was then that he took on three apprentices of his own, a practice adopted by the rest of his family in order to build up the ranks of their Jedi Order. His three apprentices, Jack Edgerton, Yelena Verakova, and Mike Morris would go on to have apprentices of their own by the mid-1980s. In 1970, he would meet his wife Michelle, and the two married the next year. They would then have two sons of their own, Jonathan and Anthony. Jonathan decided not to become a Jedi, instead going to college to prepare for a career on Wall Street. William didn't see much potential in Anthony because he couldn't raise stars with his crowing, and that unintentionally pushed Anthony away from the family to go on tour as a metal singer. Both these unexpected turns of events hit William hard, and he's really hoping to make amends with them so that either one of them can come back and follow in his and his father's footsteps. For close to 20 years, William has worked alongside UN peacekeeping forces in order to defuse conflicts and thwart the efforts of the radical anti-Earthling terrorist organization the Cartoon Liberation Front.

William's uniform was inspired by Luke Skywalker's uniform in "Return of the Jedi" as well as Nick Fury's SHIELD uniform from comic book stories in the 1980s. His lightsaber, which he constructed at the age of 13, incorporated the muzzle of an old .30 caliber machine gun into its emitter shroud. William also decided to carry a DC-17m blaster pistol from the War Against Disney in order to have a ranged weapon to use against enemies, the absence of which was a flaw among members of the old Jedi Order on Coruscant.
