Orignal Alex was a pilot before she learned she was a weretigress. In the My Hero setting, she originally only able to turn into a tiger, so the jacket was designed so she could keep things like her keys in the pockets. That's why the costume doesn't have shoes.

So, her 'Quirk' is Tiger Lycanthropy? Since this is the My Hero Acadamia world does she have any 'Quirky Characteristics?' Ex: Does she change every time she 'loses her coo'? When in 'Tiger Form' does she have a fear of heights ... though as a cat she would land on her feet? Does she crave milk? Is she trying to adapt to a barefoot/stirrup lifestyle due to her claws and having a difficult time because they're sensitive and ticklish? Does her mouth drool if she's near Nezumi the UA principal? DETAILS DETAILS DETAILS!!!! XD

In practice she inherited a quick tiger form from her father. Her mother had a danger sense that was not recognized as a quick until much later. I know that they say you can't have more than one quirk in the manga, but that's BS. Having fire and ice powers is two quirks. Her danger sense only works when she's human... she has a little bit of danger sense in her hybrid form, but she's also not as strong in this form as she is in full tiger mode. The full tiger mode cannot speak clearly, she tends to work a little more on instinct in that form, though she doesn't lose IQ. The hybrid form is probably has the least flaws, as she can speak, has great strenght, and fully opposable thumbs, the problem is that the hybrid form is new, and she has trouble maintaining it at first. Her hybrid form has also made her hated by one of the villains I came up with. Purricane is one of those characters that has a cat head, but it's unrelated to her quirk. A boy she had a crush on basically told her he find her cat head attractive, and this lead her to be jealous of Alex who seems to have the best of both worlds. Her true Nemisis is the character who goes by Orion. He was sent as part of a crew that attacked her school, specifically because she was there. His ability is to control animals, including animal like quirks and quirks in animal form. Alex's danger sense kicked in when he was about to ambush her. This stopped her part way through transformation giving her access to her hybrid form. Catching him by surprise, she kicked his ass. In there second encounter he was ready for her, and she ended up returning to fully human to escape. The third encounter Alex figures out that he's not really that great a combatant without the use of his powers, so she kicked his ass in fully human form. She's a Tiger, so mice aren't huge draw to her. Wild boar and deer are more likely to make her salivate. Milk is actually bad for cats, and Asians are more likely to be lactose intoerant, Alex is half Japanese so she's probably not big on milk.

Amazing looking pic of Alex! She looks really amazing in that outfit and seems to be ready for a fight. also a nice detail that the claws on her feet are sticking out, gives her a possibility to attack with those as well. Sho did a great job with this one!
