There's no Ghost, Ground or Flying types yet. D8 Here's what I think they would look like and pokedex info for all three:

Wispeon -- Dark Spirit Pokemon
Ht: 1'8" Wt: 0.2lbs Obtained by: Letting Eevee die 40 times in wild battles at a graveyard
Because of its misfortune, it rarely listens to its owner. However, when attacking, its strength is through the roof.

Archeon -- Quick Dig pokemon
Ht: 2'2" Wt: 60.8lbs Obtained by : Max Happiness + trained in a desert.
With oversized paws to dig with, this pokemon can hide itself underground in less than 3.7 seconds.

Grypheon -- Flying fox pokemon
Ht: 3'8" Wt: 70.1lbs Obtained by: Max Happiness + Trained on a mountian
Very loyal, it instantly imprints on it's trainer at evolution. It cannot stand low pressure places and rapidly loses its strength when at or below sea level.
