I don't know if anyone out there is familiar with the Incredible String Band - they occupy that very thin line in '60s psychedelic music between profound and pretentious. But their 'Minotaur Song' is very quirky and fun - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeoZE_NrosY - and I haven't done a bovine TF yet.
It may seem a bit out of place for an ancient Greek monster, but I happen to love Highland Cattle - so big and shaggy, and there's something so lovable about those partly-concealed eyes of theirs. Plus, the Incredible String Band IS a Scottish band.
And also, before I forget... Happy Year of the Ox.
