So, one of the other people I follow pointed out 
Teh-evil-tigress recently as being open for commissions, and I liked what I saw when I went to take a look. So, went with a really quick piece of 'dancing, have fun with it', and this is the result: a bouncy little piece with a nice light cloud-like skirt.
