It can either mean Original Character or Open Canvas.
In this case, it stands for Open Canvas.
Open Canvas is a program that you can use to draw with someone over the internet. ^^
Thats how Siri and I drew this...x3

So basically you use ms paint while siri uses graphic tablets and you two just draw doodles and such?
