as I mentioned in my previously post, the pattern is repeatable, not this particular image, which is put together with multiply pieces of the repeatable piece.
as a demonstration of this I'll like to draw attention to the two links I just posted, the first where it is used as background on my formspring profile, and the second where it is just the repeatable piece..

then maybe you should put the tile part as the submission >.>

why?? it is supposed to be shown in a pattern.. not alone.. the repeatable part is just the part used for making the larger picture.. not the picture itself.

That's fair enough, not really a helpful way of saying it, though. In my opinion. Which is kinda irrelevant since it's his work, but eh.

I seriously don't see why you'd question my brightness because I question the necessity of putting just a tile up.
Really, you were saying you couldn't see that it could be repeated, even after he gave examples that showed it in on a larger scale - what I don't get is the "tone of text" you use to tell him that it would be more clear to see how it is a repeatable piece if he only puts the tile up. And then there's my personal opinion that it wouldn't really make it more clear.
