actually, this is her on minimum hollogram. i.e. she's only hiding the various expansion seems in her face. Full hollogram she almost looks like a regular mobian, minus the eyes.

This is an alternate universe Sally design. In the main timeline, there was a war between humans and Mobians. The tide of that war swang in favour of the Mobians when Robotnic deffected to the Mobians to avoid being prossecuted for unspecified crimes. During that deffection he stole Robotizization tech from Sonic's uncle and corrupted it for evil. As soon as the Mobian/human war is over, Robotnic used the Robotisization process to turn all the Mobians into mind controlled slave robots.

In this alternate universe version, Robotnic doesn't become a scient. Doesn't deffect untill much later, and the Robotisization tech is rolled out as inteded without being corrupted for evil. Sally suffers a fatal wound in the war that now goes on for years longer, and in order to survive gets turned into the above character.
