Where to begin with the art.... It's a good attempt. You had a good idea and it gets portrayed here. The face abd head are decent. The rest of the body though seems stiff and out of proportion and contorted wrong.
If I could make a recommendation, it would be to see if you can pick up a poses book of find some reference online. also, study the form a bit and how movement effects the form.
