I'm ready for the "this reminds me of..." because I too can see her somewhere else but can't recall... Anyway here she is.
Her power allows her to collect the emotional status of others without taking it from them, by making a copy instead. This emotion-copy can then be used on someome else to make them feel as the emotion owner was feeling when it was collected. This does not do miracles as it only makes them feel it for a brief moment, but most of the times it just takes a small boost to make wonders.
