This is Lurch one of the birds at the raptor center I'm interning at. It rained and this was him drying off. I patiently waited before I put his rat down on his stump so he could eat.

If you ever have a question about a bird you see I can tell you more about them. Some are residents and some are rehabs or birds that only stuck around a short time.
