This is an example of one of the many forms a Paint.NET comission comes in. Basically, Paint.NET is a hybrid of MSPaint and Photoshop, although the Photoshop part of it is a tad watered down.

You can request custom backgrounds containing any texture you like, filtered however you like. This is the same style I draw Icons and Double Icons in, only big and giant instead of tiny baby cowards.
