This is what you all wanted! A small, male blue tiger moth fatty with a positive, pampering and humble personality with added flamboyance! I didn't think I would keep the resulting character, but here he is with his own folder and everything. I will make a ref, add him to the height chart I have so you can see how small he is and get him to that 3000+ pounds all of you wanted to see him at.
