New character unlocked!
This guy was someone who I had in the works for a loooong time. Specifically, he's supposed to be among the main characters of Playing Possum chapter 2.
This is Raph! He is from a small hometown where Harley's from. He didn't go to college and instead chose to help out at home and took in some work. But while he chose to stay behind, he still encouraged Harley to go pursue his art journey.
He's also the only guy who knew about Harley's 'interests'. He even let's Harley indulge every now and again.
Ah, and yeah. He's the guy over on the phone with Harley in page 3!
