My answer: "Why not?"

I'm undecided on this guy's name, but I'd like to think of him as another reflection of myself. As the name implies, he's a Draguin: part dragon, part penguin. He doesn't have proper fingers, but to make up for the lack of dexterity, he is able to lift items telekinetically with his horn. His pouch also works somewhat like a bag of holding in that it shrinks anything in it to about a quarter to half of its size (though that may depend on what or who is inside), and he is able to fly up to about 4 meters off the ground.

He enjoys making potions that have transformative properties as well as testing them on his friends.

He doesn't like his size being insulted, and he doesn't like people diving into his pouch without asking first.
