More old art, in this case I think from 1997. It's probably the most 'emo' my art has ever gotten, so unsurprising really that it came about while I was in the middle of high school! However, I don't recall there being any specific thing that triggered this picture, and as much as my emotions went up and down a lot then, I think they generally were more up than down thanks to some really good friends I made around that time that I still treasure today.
So even if there wasn't any specific life event of my own that triggered this, sometimes life is hard and unfair, and two dragons just need to hang on to one another and let the tears fall before they can move on to better things. At least they've still got each other.

It goes without saying, many many of us have been there, that exact same feeling. There needs to be something said for this kind of experience; all the time it seems that one is 'doing it wrong' when they come to do work like this, though I don't believe that for a minute. Whatever it is, when expressions or arts like this appear from someone, it has to be from some underlying cause. Or so I think.
*smiles* I usually like to just do happy arts and stuff, I never like dwelling on bad feelings. But they do happen in life and you've got to face them and work through them. So i think that's how this picture came out. Just venting some sad feelings I was having sometime in high school. It all got better. :)
