From the race of Neons there were those that were gifted with wings and beautiful angelic voices. obeying and shaping the winds that their god's provided. Then the End of Everything came, Iron Wing was the only survivor of his people, having his wings as well as his jaw and throat ripped out. He is only able to speek through a voice modulator under his scarf and his metallic wings only serve no other purpose than to give the illusion that he could fly. His power to command the very winds and air around him is the only thing that gives him the ability to fly.
