Flagman wigwag. It's unclear if this one is operational. Niles, CA depot.

This one was built after the Grizwold Signal acquisition of Magnetic Signal Company. Note the casting saying Minneapolis, Minn.

Yep, in the 1940's

Today it's all SafeTran, still in Minnesota.

Oh I bet, Minnesota still has quite a few, though many have been modified to just light signals, the STOP banners are removed.

My town boasts 3 intersections with stop signs intact, but I have seen ones like that too, sadly. Still, not bad for a patent issued in the 20s

Yah, pretty much any road that was in CA used them since Magnetic Flagman was located in California before Grizwold bought them, thought SP seemed to have a fondness for them
