Frankly I think I based idea a bit on that quote and a certain favorite 4th wall breaking antagonist from a certain kid's show.
Here we have Ludi, the little brother of Ludolf whom has also been corrupted by the same otherworldly force that had afflicted his brother. Ludi himself having stumbled upon an unknown ancient rift that tugged him into a rather chaotic realm that saw him being given quite the pure corruptive energy that ended up making him be quite different.
Ludi's easily can be described from the above quote. 'Ambiguous Innocence' is such a fitting thing for him as he can be a bit of a brat whom mooches off his brother's powerful status to get what he wants as a kid would, dapper, a bit snobby and childish. Then there's other side where he has quite the powers. Some even a bit reality breaking.
Much like a Pichu, he can't really control the sheer amount of power that's been transfused into him. At times releasing bursts and sparks. The eyepatch helping in regulating such energy, as becomes rather uncontrolled when the 'evil eye' is showing.
Usually inhabits the Etherium Forest where folks will wander in from their dreamscapes and likely end up waking from a nightmare with a little dapper lad that came out of no where and had his 'play time' with these playmates. Often visits big brother's business to mess with the employees cause they gotta not make Boss' brother throw tantrum or it's their asses.
Remember, reality is an illusion. The universe is a hologram. Buy gold byyye.
