An old Cybertronian astronomer, been around since long before the war.
Left Cybertron right before the war started and didn't come back until it was over.
Is and has always been neutral, but is mostly associated with Autobots; his conjunx is an Autobot.
Post-War he works with a group of young astronomer bots as their superior in an neutral-run observatory.
