A two-part commission from
foozzzball, of scenes from his story. Meant to be in a style similar to courtroom sketches. This was an interesting project! Barring any requested changes from the commissioner, these are now complete.
Please check out the related project!
has put a lot of work into it. :)

Please respect the commissioner and the artists, and don't steal! Thank you!

Interesting concept. When I first saw the preview icon I could immediately tell the genre you were going for. What media did you use?
...I just popped by foozzzball's page and read the stuff leading up to these pics. You did a good job conveying the various characters' attitudes (I'm assuming the suit in the bottom panel is the prosecuting attorney).

I hope I never get called to a trial, especially as a witness. If you are asked to "tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth", you might end up having to either accidentally or intentionally release information that might be used to convict you and not the defendant.
I read a short fictional story about a pothead who invites some of his friends over to a pot-smoking party and he beats a prostitute. When brought to trial, not one of the attendees at the party can answer in full honesty what they were doing that night, out of fear that their words could be used to arrest them for smoking marijuana and the woman is afraid of giving her answer, because she does not want to reveal her profession. So all of them balk at that opportunity and the guy gets off scot-free. And the sad fact is- that can and does happen in real life all the time.
