It was the night before Christmas, and it was another night, another year that would have lost cookies and a glass of milk to time unattended. All night it would have sat out, knowing his lovely was tucked away in bed. Slinking out of bed, the sound of sleigh bells ringing. The TV must still be on. Christmas movies. Always playing, never ending~
Closing the distance between himself and the delightful sweets, mug in hand. A big gulp, hungrily snacking away at each cookie, crumbs astray.

Queue up Santa laughing, he'd come down the chimney. It sounded so much closer than the other room with the television. The breeze stirred up. The glass went to the tabletop, legs wobbling and he caught himself. On the lip of... the table? Clinging to the lip, his glasses tried to slip free while looking up. The sound of laughter so close. Big boots, red pants... drifting upwards. Was that... Santa?
