Roy Parata, Deputy Director of The SDF, is an enigmatic leader. A man who sees duty before pleasure, Roy is scarcely seen to be spending free time with peers or associates. He prioritizes his duty as DD to see the fulfilments of the military be met. One would assume by his hard working nature and aesthetic that he is a respectful and stoic leader. . .
But this is a front for the SDF as a whole. Truthfully he is a merciless, manipulative, cunning and conniving villain who ran underground operations to experiment on missing cadets. Testing the limits of young soldiers and their exposure to the universal phenomenon of "Sin". Turning soldiers into monsters, or recording their Willpower to resist corruption. Those who turn are discarded, while those who resist the power and temptation are further experimented.
These horrid tales are only survived by one, Rosland, whose life had been endlessly twisted by Roy in many cruel ways. The supposed lone survivor of the experiments actively seeks revenge against the Deputy Director. And the malicious man himself eagerly awaits to see how these events can unfold.

That information is classified and hidden from public records, presumably to protect the identities of those close to him. The SDF is very tight lipped when it comes to family or marital statuses related to high ranking positions.
However, Roy does also have a son. And I hope to someday get a ref sheet for him as well. :)
