(WARNING!!! Long-winded storyline!)
This is Rogue. She is my Dragon Booster character. :)
Rogue isn't your normal dragon. She was genetically created by scientists up at Sun City, who wanted a dragon that resembled the Black and Gold Dragon of Legend, but much more inhanced, complete with fully-functional wings, Orange Dragon telepathy (more enhanced than the Orange Dragons, where Propheci had to use a human with the helmet for everyone to hear him), Purple Dragon intelligence (and wolf-like looks), Red Dragon speed and agility, Green Dragon strength, and Gold Dragon wings, form, and her own unique bone mark (which is shaped like silver crescent moon turned upwards), and many other dragon colours/abilities within her. She's basically a hybrid dragon (despite that she does look like a White Dragon). Her colours are suppose to be the combination of every colour, thus turning her white (with some silver and gold). The scientists decided to call her the White and Silver dragon (a perfect match for the Black and Gold dragon).
She was made to be the perfect utility, stealth, fighting and racing dragon put together (and possibly the very first dragon capable of flight). However, she understood what she was being made for and the Black Dragon blood mixed in her rebelled and caused utter chaos, fighting back the humans and their "pets," as she called the other dragons and destroyed future models that were to be like her. She did not want to live in a world where humans controlled and bred dragons to their liking, like they were nothing more than just objects that humans could use for their entertainment and then just throw away once they got bored. So she escaped and fled to the deepest, most abandoned area of Dragon City; Old City. It was dark. It was dismal. But it was also null of human life. Null of life altogether (well, except for the occasional creature or two). Perfect for a dragon like her. At this point she decided to name herself Rogue. It seemed to suit her.
For a while she enjoyed living alone, fending for herself. But eventually the Purple Dragon in her blood was yearning for kinship, and wanted to find a pack of dragons she could live with. She was brought into the Prophets Crew, once the leader of the Orange Dragons, Propheci, could see what she was capable of, and could make much use of her for his plans.
So for quite a while Rogue lived within the Prophets Crew, unknown of what their intentions were. She eventually heard his plans when he was talking (well, maybe more like arguing) it over with a rather scrawny-looking human. Now, despite how much Rogue hates humans, she equally hated fighting, and heard and read (yes, she knows how to read) about these wars the dragons and humans talk about. The concept of war scared her, and she hated Propheci for deceiving her when she discovered she was only brought in for his war plans only. She escaped the Crew as quickly as possible, once again to live her life alone. She was almost taken in by the Dragon Eye Crew (with a mixture of sweet talk and force), but she knew better and narrowly escaped.
Despite her hatred for humans and war, there's one thing she loves; Racing. She absolutely loves to run. And she's quite the sprinter! She can also jump at great heights, and use her wings to glide long distances (they are capable of flapping, but flapping takes much energy out of her, so she prefers to glide, every once in a while flapping to gain height or speed. The secondary wings are there for balance).
One day her curiosity got the best of her and she decided to follow up one of the old racing tracks to the upper cities. Many of the cities didn't surprise her much, like Down City and Shadowtown. She became more cautious and a little fearful once she reached Precinct. It was unfortunate that she was so brightly coloured (she's unable to change to a more regular colour/pattern like Beau), however she is tricky and has the ability to escape and hide very well. She's an incredibly smart dragon, and learned quickly where humans dwelled and didn't. However, she was nearly overwhelmed once she reached Mid City, a place with glowing signs, flashing lights, bright colours all melded together, loud, unfamiliar (and familiar) noises, and the overpopulation of humans and their dragons.
She was afraid. She has never seen so many humans in her life. However her fears were (somewhat) squelched when she saw dragons racing on the tracks. She wanted to race with those dragons, for the sheer thrill of sprinting and all the acrobatic stunts she saw these dragons do. However there were many human spectators, plus the dragons had human riders on them. She became cautious, and instead of joining in she would watch the racing in the shadows.
She doesn't remember much after the first few weeks of living in the shadows of Mid City, except she was attacked by Wraith Dragons, and was about to be captured by the Dragon Eye Crew once again, but was saved by a strange black and gold dragon and his human rider. After that she blacked out. Next thing she knew she was in a stable with four dragons and four humans. She panicked and tried to escape, but only saw four walls. So now she was trapped, trapped to be tamed by these humans for their entertainment. She tried attacking, however the large black and gold dragon stopped her, and she heard through his mind of what he and the humans did for her, how they saved her. She could sense truth in his words, but she didn't want to believe it. It didn't seem possible. It took her the longest time to accept and (partially) trust these humans who took care of her. She became friends with their dragons, and seemed to have a liking for the black and gold dragon (who kept changing to a red and blue dragon) who was called Beau.
Her personality fits her name. She's rebellious, stubborn, sly, cunning, sarcastic, and short-tempered. Despite her mean and aggressive streak, she can be kind, thoughtful, and sometimes very wise. She's a quick-thinker and a quick-learner (also a daredevil). She's not exactly into justice like the humans and the dragons she joined with, and can be a loner when it comes to teamwork. She will show a streak of justice if she sees something that is in need of it. Otherwise she leaves things alone and lets others deal with it (this also goes with teamwork). She doesn't seem to have any feelings when it comes to good versus evil (but will stop this so-called "evil" if they do something she doesn't like). She balks at the thought of dragon gear, and loudly voices her opinion of ever having a human atop her head, much less her back (she will grudgingly accept a human on her back if the human is in desperate need). And despite that she's amused by Beau's draconic sarcasm, she's not one that enjoys a good old-fashioned joke and laughter (she finds it rather embarrassing. Did I mention she has a lot of pride?). She gets her happiness on the race tracks (she does not race with all the humans watching. She races when the tracks are dark and deserted. She's afraid she'll be spotted by someone who remembers creating her. Plus, she prefers the night and its familiar darkness. However someday, she wishes to race with fellow dragons).
On rare occasions Rogue will act flirtatious. ;) Hey, I did mention that she had a liking for Beau!
I should mention her tail fins; the larger tail fin is on the underside of the tail; the smaller fin is above the larger fin. Also, her size...umm, well, all I can say is that she's a head shorter than Beau.
And yes, this is the very first background I ever created that has STUFF, unlike my other backgrounds where they're just a single-coloured background. I must say, I'm very proud of myself. :)
Her eye colour is violet, in case it looks a different colour on anyone else's screen.
