this is THE epic fail.I did with cardboard, paper,glue and plaster.First time doing something like this shit.The plaster was very cheap so it looks worst than it should. Oh well, was fun to do anyway! xD

Try doing something with paper craft. Then, fibreglass blow it to give it strength.
