How can you be so sure that non were harmed, but you somehow know exactly how they exploded after being "charged"

What about if there would be a much bigger version?
The iron giant was also very huge.
That might work, right?
If not, well a whole part will be completely covered in elstiq, absorb more material, grow bigger and the same thing happens again...
