I called it a weapon cause it weighs almost 1/2 ton and can move quickly thus the equation "velocity times weight = force" comes to mind... oh and yeah she can still breath fire.

Well, yes Agent Breezy was in fact a Robotic Female hedgehog, purely meant to distract the hedgehog as a diversion, while her and the other two dimbots were to capture o destroy Sonic. However she later released him from the trap and eventually ran off with my No Goodnik Robotic Son, Jr! >8IP

The Pseudo Sonic on the other hand, wasn't merely a Robotic Copy, it was Actually a small Sonic Sized Metal Suit! >8I) In which its wearer was granted all of Sonic's High Speed abilities. This was designed to Ruin his Image, while at the same time, finally give him something of a challenge to defeat.
