A visitor to the Rockies in Colorado tries a hand (?) at handling a rifle. (Funny... A lot of my friends who I've shared this image with say the Sheriff looks a lot like De Forest Kelly. Just a lucky accident I guess.)

This is really rather cool, an yeah.. he reminds me of Deforst Kelly, I have an autographed pic of the late actor. I got it when I was 13 :D

I hope you got to meet the man when you got the autograph. DeForest Kelly seemed to be the more social of all the actors who were in the original "Star Trek" series. Hang onto that autograph. It'll be worth a lot one day. (But hold it more for the memories it brings to you.)

I think the creature in question is more like a "Reverse Submersible." Instead of being bilt to withstand great pressures from outside, the suit is built to keep great pressures within. If the creature inside were to open the hatch in Earth's atmosphere, he'd explode like an old water heater.

Precisely. But the suit also has a means of locomotion, and a set of manipulators that allow it's internal controller to grasp and minupulate objects outside the suit. Very much like "Alvin" in a way.
