[ ADOPTABLES TOS ]
By purchasing an adopt, you agree with these Terms of Service.

[ GENERAL ]
- I do retain the copyright to the artwork. This means that the character is yours, but you were not the one to design it, and need the credit if re-post the original design (just the first time, no all-time needed).
- Unless specified otherwise in the description, I do not give SAI or .psd files (normally I work 1 layer), but you’ll get the NO BACKGROUND versions of all the art in the character sheet.
- If you have ANY question or doubt about this ToS, or about what you can/cannot do with my designs, please ask so BEFORE claiming/purchasing.

[ DESIGN ]
- You can use/draw a design only after purchasing it.
- You can draw your bought design as many times as you want, in any way you wish.
- You cannot use my original art to make prints/cups/merchandise in general. However, creating your own art for this purpose (or commissioning other artist and have the permission) is fine.
- Editing a design (not the original artwork reference) do not need permission. The character is yours after payment and can do whatever you want with it.


[ RESELL ]
- Gifting, trading and re-selling are allowed.
- Theres no price limit on re-selling.
- When re-selling, the old owner must give the proper credit to myself as the artist to the new one.
